Good afternoon, today, I was assisted by two ladies; Phyllis in Patient Registration and Jackie from the Blue Team in getting my grandson registered and scheduled for a same day appointment. They were very pleasant and extremely helpful and I would like command them for their public service with Albuquerque Indian Health Center!
Service & staff are great although I haven’t had a primary doctor since 2017. Health professionals are hard to come by because of the pandemic concerns. Can’t change because other health care facilities aren’t taking new patients. Each time I have an appointment, I notice a lot of people there and they seem busy. My problem is that no one answers the phones. You leave a message and no one calls you back. When you have a health concern that doesn’t require a 911 call and you spend a couple hours trying to call a live person it gets stressful, especially when you finally talk to someone and they transfer your call and you wait again.
