“I took my good boy for some of his shots yesterday and everybody there was SO very helpful and great!! Dr. Rivero really listens and offers very helpful advice. You can tell that everyone that works there is very compassionate and loves animals. They all truly go above and beyond and are so nice. When I scheduled the appointment I didn’t request his nails to be trimmed but when I got there I asked if it could be done and they said yes and were very accommodating. As soon as we walked in, every person at the front desk was in awe at him- kissing him, hugging him, baby voices! He was so excited.The vet was extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions (we had an entire list!) - very gentle with him, kept telling him how cute he was, gave treats after each procedure to make sure he didn’t associate the vet with negativity.
