The front desk ladies are friendly and helpful. The hospital is trusted and recommended by many, providing affordable services with a calm and communicative approach. Customers appreciate the professional and attentive medical care, especially from Dr. Sova and Dr. Sova Jr., who have given excellent care for over 20 years. The staff consistently treats pets as their own and tries to accommodate emergencies during business hours. The team is knowledgeable, pleasant, and always ready to answer questions. Many clients have been visiting for years and highly recommend the hospital for its caring and affordable service.
They did my first cats spay and for a good price. Job well done. Thank you. I just got my cat in today for a very concerning issue and Doctor Sahony gave me great advice, treated my cat fast with the help of her great assistant. Thank you all so much for being accessible.
We've been bringing our baby pebbles to blue cross ever since she was 4 months and now to get spayed and the Procedure went perfect no complications and her recovery time was like nothing at all 5 stars from mom and dad!!!
It’s taken me a while to write this because it still makes me emotional to talk about, but I really want to thank everyone at Blue Cross Dog and Cat Hospital for the love and care they gave my dog, Gigi.
From the beginning, they created a calm, fear-free space for her. Gigi had some trauma from a past dog attack and could be reactive, but they never judged her or treated her differently. They were always so gentle and patient with her, and I could tell they truly cared. They accommodated her so she wouldn’t be uncomfortable or stressed during her visits which meant a lot to me.
