Had the best first visit at Animal Dermatology Clinic! The receptionists are very sweet and accommodating on the phone when scheduling your initial appointment. Dr. Rebelo and Kelly were so amazing! I did not feel rushed at all and all of my questions were answered. Having a dog with a lot of health issues you constantly feel dismissed, but I didn’t feel that at all. Dr. Rebelo was very comprehensive and took his time explaining everything to me and all of my treatment options. Kelly adds on to the experience with her positive personality and empathy! I would highly recommend them to anybody!
edited: finally received an email back with what i should do for willow after leaving voicemail today. thank you for that, although i requested a phone call. i am still keeping the review up as it is an accurate reflection of my experience but have changed the rating from 3 to 4 stars.

I’m so happy to have my doggo as a patient here. After a year of working with our regular vet with my dog’s allergies, our doctor here correctly diagnosed and prescribed the correct medication after one visit.
We're always seen quickly and we don't often have to wait very long to see the doctor. I also like that there are rarely any patients in the waiting room. That's usually the most stressful part for me when bringing my dog to the vet. We love the staff there and are always treated well. The facility is always clean and comfortable and very bright.
