“Zoey came out of her first ever haircut looking absolutely precious! The groomer at Amy’s Royal Treatment did a fantastic job, her coat is soft, even, and perfectly shaped, especially around the face where you can really see the detail in the trim. You can tell she was so well taken care of the whole time. They even added the cutest little bow to finish the look. She’s clearly comfortable and happy (that big smile says it all!). Highly recommend for anyone who wants their pup to look and feel their best. We’ll definitely be back!“

“After frantically searching everywhere for a grooming facility that would groom my 15 year old Poodle, I was recommended to Mahwah Vet Groom & Board. My dog, Sam, had been going to the same groomer for many years, but as he got older, his arthritis worsened, his mental state declined and he became aggressive and would not let the groomer do anything, so they could no longer take him, for their safety as well as Sam’s.
I am beyond grateful for meeting Tatiana who is the groomer at Mahwah Vet Groom and Board. She was so patient with Sam, and really took the time to get to know him and see what would work best for him. She asked for my husband and I to stay with Sam while he was getting groomed, and that made such difference! “Before choosing Le Pooch Chateau, we tried several daycare and boarding facilities and even did trial stays at different places. The moment I walked into Le Pooch Chateau, I knew it was the perfect place for Aiwa. The facility is cage-free, extremely clean, and truly feels like a home away from home for dogs.

What gave us the most peace of mind was the daily updates. Throughout Aiwa’s 21-night stay, we received photos and videos that reassured us she was happy, comfortable, and well cared for while we were away.

The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and accommodating. They treated Aiwa as if she were their own dog, and that means everything to us. When we picked her up, she was happy, healthy, and honestly seemed to miss all the friends she made during her stay!

“This was my puppy's first full groom and I wanted to make sure he would be comfortable. I called and spoke with the owner and he answered all of my questions, which eased my anxiety. They gave me the first morning appointment for the following week and when we arrived, the owner came out, talk to us some more and I explained more about my puppy's skin allergies and his special shampoo that needed to be used. I also gave him copies of his rabies vaccine and other vaccinations, as they require that prior to grooming or day of play. While we talked, the owner played with my pup and then brought him in to be groomed. As promised, my puppy was done and ready to be picked up at 10:30am. Everyone there was so kind and attentive and I am so happy I chose to take my baby there - we definitely will be taking him back!“

“Things have changed for the better. Blythe’s first grooming experience wasn’t good because she got hurt, so we were really nervous about trying again. We started looking for another groomer near our place and came across Precious Pawprint in Bloomfield. It was our first time bringing our puppy Blythe there.

We’re so happy we gave it another try! This was her second grooming, and the result was amazing. The moment we saw her, we were so impressed—she looked so pretty and completely transformed. Hearing that she was well-behaved made us even more proud.

“This was our first visit with our little budgie named chirpy. She’s afraid of everyone. However, when Dr. E held her she was so calm. He has a wonderful connection with animals. He is kind and gives you choices through his recommendations of how to help your pet. Dr. E called back several times the days following our visit to check on chirpy and her progress.
