“I brought my 2 year old female Pomeranian, Goose, in for a grooming yesterday & I could not say enough great things about My Loyal Pups & Sandra!I would like to begin by saying that I got Goose from a puppy store in Wayne & I was never told that she had grade 3-4 luxating patella until she started to show signs of discomfort in her knee in May of this year. My boyfriend & I took her to Eclipse Emergency Pet Care in Whippany & we were able to book a surgery date within 2 months & before I knew it she recovered smoothly in a total of three months. I was not able to get her groomed for a few months & my groomer at the time did not have anything available until February of 2024 & I just could not wait that long. I was really worried about taking Goose to a new groomer but Sandra really really made me feel 100% comfortable with bringing her in. I’ve been following her for about 6 months now & her work, her personality & her aura is unmatched! The salon is very clean & the location is great! I’m happy that I decided to go to her & I will be going to her moving forward.Oh & by the way, she smells awesome even 24 hours later!! “I took my good boy for some of his shots yesterday and everybody there was SO very helpful and great!! Dr. Rivero really listens and offers very helpful advice. You can tell that everyone that works there is very compassionate and loves animals. They all truly go above and beyond and are so nice. When I scheduled the appointment I didn’t request his nails to be trimmed but when I got there I asked if it could be done and they said yes and were very accommodating. I’m so happy that I found Dr. Rivero and this place!! I would definitely recommend taking your fur baby here! I would give them 10 stars ⭐️ if I could!“

My dog hates the groomers after they injured his nail and he would cry and freak out but every time I bring him here he is calm and relaxed. Anna showed up on time, made a great introduction and presentation of her services especially to Fudge who was all too happy to go with her to get a well needed brush out (he sheds like crazy), wash and conditioning. Little less than 2 hours later Fudge looked like a million! Her price was very reasonable considering the amazing job she did. His coat was shining while he smelled just great! The owner makes sure all dogs are up to date on shots, (so you don't have to worry about your dog catching something), is very comforting to your dog when it enters to take away any fears you or your pet has, this I have seen first hand many times. They will make you aware of anything they suspect on your pet. My dog had a tick once and the owner even gave me the tick in the bag in case I wanted to have it checked. I have recommended friends to Foofie Poochies because I feel they are a very good grooming salon and are knowledgeable in grooming any type of dog. Also, if your dog has a health issue, the owner is extremely considerate in working with your pet, I have a dog with a health issue and she watches my buddy very closely making sure he is ok. One thing, they do stress you honor your appointment or at least let them know in a timely manner if you have to cancel. That is just common courtesy. I trust them completely!“

“I visited this Vet for the first time today and I am extremely impressed. Dr. Unay provided the best exam any of my cats have ever received from any vet at any facility in 45+ years. He listened carefully, made the cat feel at ease, and then did the most thorough exam I have ever seen. He explained why he did each check and even showed pictures from reference books to help us understand the results. “If I can rate Grateful Dogs higher than 5 stars I would! My husband and I had an amazing experience. We traveled up to New Jersey for the day and prior to travel I spoke with Alex, the owner, and explained how our 4month puppy hasn’t been around a lot of dogs and she’s shy at first. After my conversation with Alex I felt so comfortable with our decision to leave Luna in their care for the day and from someone who hasn’t left her with anyone before and is very picky with her care, this says a lot. Upon arrival Amanda was there to take her and Meghan arrived shortly after. They were both so pleasant and friendly. Luna went to Amanda with no problem and we immediately felt at ease to depart and leave her in their hands. When I called for the wellness check they informed me that she has been doing amazing and actually interacted with the other dogs! To our surprise, when we picked Luna up she didn’t come running to us to leave. She had such a good time she was sniffing around looking for more fun instead of greeting us. We were so happy she enjoyed herself. They trimmed her nails and groomed up her face around her hair and we are so grateful! She even smelt better and had a cute little pink bow in her hair! Our trip to Jersey was bittersweet being that we were there for a funeral service but we are forever thankful to Grateful Dogs in Wayne, NJ for going above and beyond and not only putting a smile on our puppy’s face but on ours as well.
