“Zoey came out of her first ever haircut looking absolutely precious! The groomer at Amy’s Royal Treatment did a fantastic job, her coat is soft, even, and perfectly shaped, especially around the face where you can really see the detail in the trim. You can tell she was so well taken care of the whole time. They even added the cutest little bow to finish the look. She’s clearly comfortable and happy (that big smile says it all!). Highly recommend for anyone who wants their pup to look and feel their best. We’ll definitely be back!“

“After frantically searching everywhere for a grooming facility that would groom my 15 year old Poodle, I was recommended to Mahwah Vet Groom & Board. My dog, Sam, had been going to the same groomer for many years, but as he got older, his arthritis worsened, his mental state declined and he became aggressive and would not let the groomer do anything, so they could no longer take him, for their safety as well as Sam’s.
I am beyond grateful for meeting Tatiana who is the groomer at Mahwah Vet Groom and Board. She was so patient with Sam, and really took the time to get to know him and see what would work best for him. She asked for my husband and I to stay with Sam while he was getting groomed, and that made such difference! “Before choosing Le Pooch Chateau, we tried several daycare and boarding facilities and even did trial stays at different places. The moment I walked into Le Pooch Chateau, I knew it was the perfect place for Aiwa. The facility is cage-free, extremely clean, and truly feels like a home away from home for dogs.

What gave us the most peace of mind was the daily updates. Throughout Aiwa’s 21-night stay, we received photos and videos that reassured us she was happy, comfortable, and well cared for while we were away.

The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and accommodating. They treated Aiwa as if she were their own dog, and that means everything to us. When we picked her up, she was happy, healthy, and honestly seemed to miss all the friends she made during her stay!

J is by far the best groomer I’ve ever worked with. My dog is very hyper and also had leg surgery in the past, so grooming can be challenging. J was incredibly patient and never forced her to do anything. Instead, J took the time to gently guide her and made sure she felt comfortable throughout the entire process.

“I’ve really enjoyed the care and quality of Patrica’s! I moved from NYC and was worried about finding a groomer. My little guy (3 y.o. Min poo) has had some awful grooming experiences (I mean going to the vet immediately after). so I’ve primarily bathed and cut him myself, with the occasional professional groom in-between, because let’s be real…I’m no professional.

When I called to inquire about prices, availabilities and grooming environment/process I was so pleasantly surprised by how many questions they asked in return. I was charged an additional fee his very first time because he wasn’t the best but that’s understandable given his history.

He trusts more now after repeated grooms and always comes back clean, happy and wonderfully cut. I continue to bath him at home with trims when necessary but Patica’s is and will be my first and only option for Teddy!“
