I took my 11 year old rescued senior to the Fair Lawn location and I could not be more pleased. This was her first spa day and I was a nervous wreck but as soon as I went in and spoke with the staff I was out at ease. They were so pleasant and asked me all about my dog and what haircut I was looking for . I also informed them she has sensitive skin and they immediately said they would used an oatmeal soothing shampoo . They had her ready exactly when they said they would I almost cried when they brought her out. She looked amazing. I will be returning here !
Brought my dog in today for the first time & was highly satisfied! She was groomed exceptionally well. The owner was very friendly! I will definitely be bringing my dog back again! ?
Always prompt, professional and a job well done. My goldendoodle is big and fluffy so I know it’s not easy. She smells the absolute best after leaving here and she’s sooo soft. ? Thanks guys!
