I can’t say enough good things about Sandra! From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do. She took the time to listen to exactly how I wanted my dog groomed and made sure my dog felt comfortable the whole time.
When I picked my dog up, she looked absolutely amazing, clean, perfectly trimmed, and smelling great! but more importantly, she was happy and relaxed. It’s obvious Sandra treats every dog with genuine care and attention.

I recently moved to the area and was trying to find a groomer for my dog. I called a few groomers right by my house, but none ever returned my calls. I was driving around and saw My Loyal Pups and was able to easily book an appointment online. Sandra, the owner is beyond amazing!!!!! She is seriously the nicest person ever, you can tell she absolutely LOVES all dogs, and she was incredible with my overgrown matted fluff ball! I really thought she would have to just shave him all the way down. When I came to pick up my pup I was floored at how well he looked. My dog is 18 and difficult to groom. She can be very feisty. Sandra was up for the challenge. She was very patient with her. She went there looking homeless and came back beautifully groomed. Very happy.
