His name is Ernesto and he explained that I needed a full replacement and suggested the Bradford White model because it has better insulation and it also comes with a 6-year manufacturer's warranty. Ernesto's brother Miguel came first thing this morning and drained the old tank while Ernesto was picking up the new water heater.
