I can’t say enough good things about NY Fire Water Mold. After experiencing a flooded basement, I was overwhelmed and unsure of what to expect. From the very beginning, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate, making a stressful situation much easier to handle.
Their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and worked directly with my insurance company, which took a tremendous amount of stress off my shoulders.

Can’t thank them enough. Recently moved into a new home and unfortunately it must have had a slow leak from the toilet flange. I will spare the details but we had a mold issue that needed to be dealt with urgently. Brendan set it up for the next day! Elvis was super professional and clean. He walked me through the process in real time and explained everything once it was finished. He was also very clean and even wiped down the entire bathroom. Top notch professional service can not recommend them enough.
