AOA was so helpful in a very stressful time with a flooded basement . They came out right away to assess our situation. They were extremely knowledgeable and able to explain what we needed to do. The estimate was very fair and the team that completed the work was so great! Definitely a great company to work with. Our house was restored and we could not be happier with the results! I highly recommend them!
AOA went above and beyond when I needed my basement pumped and cleaned after a storm flood. Extremely fast response despite the fact they were obviously very busy with lots of customers dealing with the same issues. Great customer service, fast, courteous and professional.
Absolute class in customer service. We called Pablo on a whim after identifying a potential water issue. He went out of his way to come straight to us despite being between other obligations and use the time he had to identify possible issues and solutions and make sure we understood all of them.Extremely courteous and informative without being pushy or rushing through questions—a rare find these days!
