Had service performed by Elvi today 10/13 he was very polite, very knowledgeable , very neat. Did an excellent cleaning on my furniture, during visit performed a cleaning on sectional in family room that was added along with scheduled service. Excellent service tech. Furniture looks like it did when new. Thanks.
Something that places don’t do anymore when walking into the customers house is shake hands. I was very impressed When they came in and shook my hand. this is the second time I use Stanley Steemer and I was just as impressed this time as I was the first. Keep up the good work.
The entire process was seamless. I could have booked online, but called because I had some questions all of which the customer service representative handled along with scheduling. Excellent communication via email and text. After receiving a text, Adrian and Daniel arrived and reviewed all work prior to beginning. The team was professional, courteous and took great care. Based on this experience I would not hesitate to use Stanley Steemer in the future .
