Damage Restoration in Nanuet

“This was my first experience with a broken water heater. I called Roto-Rooter yesterday and I explained that it was leaking and they sent over a technician right away. His name is Ernesto and he explained that I needed a full replacement and suggested the Bradford White model because it has better insulation and it also comes with a 6-year manufacturer's warranty. Ernesto's brother Miguel came first thing this morning and drained the old tank while Ernesto was picking up the new water heater. These two men were extremely professional and courteous and were very happy to answer all of my questions. Ernesto and Miguel we're such a blessing for me. I was extremely stressed out and anxious yesterday and now I am so relieved that they were able to help me and make sure the new water heater was hooked up properly and has all of the safety features that I need.
