I contacted Metro NY Insulation, among other contractors. I was impressed by their prompt response. They were very thorough in their assessment and informed me of various other rebate programs available to me even though I was only asking about the Con Edison one.The workers came when scheduled. From start to finish Better Home Insulation was a joy to work with. They gave detailed explanations during the estimate period, provided an extremely fair price, got the work done in the expected time frame, and most of all respected the home they were working in. They do all the big things right but most importantly go the extra step with all the little things as well.
