“Carl is excellent. He is the only good left with Sears. He repaired my dishwasher. On another note, I’ve been waiting one year to have my refrigerator returned and replaced and they keep putting me off telling me they no longer have a contract with Costco and so on and on it goes where you wait on the line all day long to get nowhere. So my technician was wonderful but Sears is horrible. What a shame I’ve been contracted with them for 40 years!“

He was professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. First he tried to fix the sensor, and when that did not work he found the part from a local distributor and returned an hour later to fix the problem. Very knowledgeable. Also had a very good experience with Advanced Air Services when i used them 8 years ago!“
