“Excellent eye center, ive been with them since I was a kid but I'm not understanding the billing portion. I get an eye exam every two years and my insurance covers it every 2 years but Everytime I go there I'm billed for it and the woman at the front desk tells me my insurance only covers some of the visit( not true) then this last time told me I was eligible to have it covered last year when I wasn't due for an exam or next year so somehow I'm off schedule. My insurance company said I shouldn't have had to pay anything that if they billed them, they would have covered it. But aside from that, great practice and love the doctor .. the front desk not so helpful.“
