I never do negative reviews however I can't hold back anymore. Dr Nelson is great and friendly however the woman in the back is extremely rude. I believe her name is Kathy. Lazy and disrespectful and likes to order you around rather than treat you like a customer. You feel more of an inconvenience around her. If she's not happy with her job she should find something else to do! Other than her, everyone else is great and welcoming. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning because of her.
