I purchased glasses at Berlin, NJ location several years ago and was pleased with them so I decided to give it another shot now that I've become more dependant on them and I'm so glad I did. The optician Susan B. was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in she was very pleasant, personable, and engaging. Walmart vision center was extremely accommodating,Friendly, excellent customer service and care. I must say Nancy was exceptional with all of her help ,knowledge ,honesty, patience and kindness , she made my experience there easy .
Had a very pleasant visit with Nicole yesterday. My son who is very curious and all over the place was so scared to see the doctor and she put him at ease. He even stated he wanted to do it again. Overall very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. My son and I will definitely be seeing Nicole for yearly eye exams from now on. Would recommend highly!
