“My day was Blessed after Troy from Restoration Partners came with his associate. I saw mold forming on the bottom of one of my basement walls and immediately panicked as I had a major issue with mold in my basement after two flooding issues previously. I was preparing myself for the worst expecting to hear that major demolishing would be needed and the mold was even more severe than I imagined.To my surprise I was informed by Troy after his inspection that my walls were dry and the mold was just on the surface. Hearing that was enough to Bless me but I was Blessed even further. Troy assured me no demolishing was necessary. He went to his truck and came back with a solution that he and his associate sprayed on my wall and just like that the mold was gone.What drew me to Restoration Partners was a review that I read prior to calling them. They came in on a house smoke damage job from 2/2/22, when my original contactor fell through on 4/1/22. Repsher did my house from top to bottom, painting, flooring, new kitchen, new roof and more. “I had a major plumbing issue that ended up taking three months to resolve so the damage was extensive. My insurance company set me up with Sure Kleen but then ended up paying me out so I could hire anyone I wanted. They came out in October to give me an estimate and I had to keep rescheduling them for months until the plumbing was resolved. I got two other quotes that were both over double what Sure Kleen quoted. Every time I called to reschedule they got me in within 48 hours. They were finally able to complete the job in January. I was expecting to pay more because there was more water coming in every day and there was definitely more damage than when they originally came in. From Mandy in the office to Vince in scheduling to AJ doing the actual job and Elijah picking up the equipment and doing the final readings, I have had the most exceptional service. The job ended up taking two days and they were just perfect in every way. I will use them again when I'm ready to get my drywall and floors replaced without a thought. This whole plumbing issue has been such a nightmare but Sure Kleen was the only bright spot. Cannot recommend enough!Services: Water removal“
