I am from the South and in a nut shell, Lasher is big city smarts with small town etiquetteOur building got a big fat "unsafe" stamp from a structural engineer, and man, it had problems left and right. The roof, the bricks, the steel inside the walls, you name it. So we started talkin' to contractors for all the different work, especially the roof. But lemme tell ya, it turned into a real mess. Every contractor we interviewed was like, "This has to be done before we can do our part," and it was a real headache. Honestly, none of them seemed to grasp the ins and outs of this kinda job. Not a big review person but we could not even get anyone to bid our project (not one) I am very grateful to this company...it was too big or "to many variables" but these guys came in with a bid under the engineers budget estimate, now we are looking for more projects we can do since we have a good contractor finally. Every week when the schedule was sent out almost every task was "ahead of schedule" nice to find people who take pride in the work they do. If anyone needs a reference feel free to contact me I would be more then happy to share my experience.
