When I booked this, I was asked my preferences regarding pressure, problem areas, etc. I put that I wanted medium pressure and I had tight calves and tension at the base of my skull. “I have been a customer of New Spa 9 since the new ownership / management. Ann and CiCi are always professional and give great deep tissue massages. They are always so quick to find the knots and work on them.

Like many people, I constantly have knots and aches in my upper and lower back. I have tried chiropractors but, that did not help me at all. For the back aches that I have, deep tissue massages are the only way to relieve the pain. I always feel little to no pain after the massages and for days following.“

She did not hurt me, but applied pressure firmly to the parts of my feet that actually were hurting me. I would say the only thing at first was communication. Her dedication to trimming and painting my nails, the relaxing massages, and attention to every little detail were amazing. What I loved the most is that everything was done so gently I didn’t feel any pain at all. They even provided slippers for me to take home so my pedicure wouldn’t get damaged, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch.
