“Good price, and I was ok when I left, but I now have an ice pack on my back. I asked her 3 times not to go so hard. Kept hitting my shoulder blade and spine. Very rough. There is difference between hard pressure and working a muscle, and mashing muscles into bones. I almost got up and walked out. I may go back but will request a different masseuse for sure. Lots of great reviews so I decided to try it out, was not expecting that. Hopefully better next time. *** Updated 06/14/25: I am less sore today, I bumped this up to 4 stars. I don't have any bruising or anything like that. This place was clean, the staff was friendly, and my masseuse should have listened to me a little more.“

“I have been going here years to see suzie and she gives me the best full body massage hands down. I have migraines and she works on my head and neck. I also trust her to do fire cupping. One hour is a perfect amount of time to relax in the easy chair with the heated aromatherapy beads under your neck and over your eyes. The hot stones at the end were the perfect temperature! Pressure was strong and price was good. The facility is calm, dark, and quiet with workers and customers respecting this vibe. “I have been a customer of New Spa 9 since the new ownership / management. Ann and CiCi are always professional and give great deep tissue massages. They are always so quick to find the knots and work on them.

Like many people, I constantly have knots and aches in my upper and lower back. I have tried chiropractors but, that did not help me at all. For the back aches that I have, deep tissue massages are the only way to relieve the pain. I always feel little to no pain after the massages and for days following.“
