Toni was a sweetheart, the salon was cute and very clean.My hair is exactly how I wanted it, can’t wait to go back.The name speaks for itself it’s slightly hidden off the main road in Oakland but it’s certainly a gem.
I had an appointment with Serkan. He was great! He cut my hair the exact way I was asking for. The shop is always clean and inviting and all the furnishings and equipment are new and well cared for. I always feel welcome at Hidden Gem Beauty and you will too!
I LOVE coming here. The atmosphere is so nice and relaxing. Janice and her coworkers are amazing and all work so well with each other, I look forward to seeing everyone each time. Toni also gives the best shampoos I basically fall asleep everytime. Looking forward to my next appt and always pleased when I leave!
