Sometimes they go deep if they feel you are very tense. I took my mom for the first time and we did a 60 minute just so she could try it out and she loved it and wants to come again . Next time we are doing the 90 same as therapy reconment“

“I came to Cheryl for a prenatal massage to address tension from anxiety I've been having and some hip discomfort. She worked so well in getting the knots out of my shoulders and helped my hip and tailbone pain. Relaxing with a good amount of pressure! So glad I came to her, definitely 100% recommend!“
