There is difference between hard pressure and working a muscle, and mashing muscles into bones. I almost got up and walked out. I may go back but will request a different masseuse for sure. One hour is a perfect amount of time to relax in the easy chair with the heated aromatherapy beads under your neck and over your eyes. The hot stones at the end were the perfect temperature! Pressure was strong and price was good. The facility is calm, dark, and quiet with workers and customers respecting this vibe. Like many people, I constantly have knots and aches in my upper and lower back. I have tried chiropractors but, that did not help me at all.
