She educated me and kept checking on me, making sure i was comfortable through the entire procedure. She also sent me a 102 page booklet on how to keep healthy and what to eat. The booklet basically guides you to a better and healthier lifestyle. Like I said I'm so glad that I choose, The Alist Wellness Center. I am definitely coming back for more sessions. One hour is a perfect amount of time to relax in the easy chair with the heated aromatherapy beads under your neck and over your eyes. The hot stones at the end were the perfect temperature! Pressure was strong and price was good. The facility is calm, dark, and quiet with workers and customers respecting this vibe.
