“My AC just shut off and it was so hot and so humid. Tim checked it out and noticed it was shut off. I thought I must be losing it because I knew I didn't shut it off and I live alone.... He didn't charge me and wouldn't take any money. I later found out my daughter did shut it off because it was cold when it was raining Sunday and I did say shut it off. I thought she just adjusted the temperature so it shut off on it's own. Live and learn. Haha Don't blame the old people. I still can't believe she just shut it off! “On Friday night Aug 1st, we realized we had no hot water (tank exploded and was leaking) - I called Precision Air and spoke to Josh Potter who was able to help us identify the issue as well as to instruct us on how to turn off the water tank. In addition, he was able to locate a new tank and came the next day to install it for us.
