Our air conditioning stopped working overnight. I called, gave them my email address, and within one hour Mason was on his way to help. Professional, quick, and polite are just three ways I can describe the great service APH provided. I want to thank the owner, Andy, and Mason for helping me out today! I had them come to my house Overpriced and felt like we were robbed from his company very unprofessional felt like all they cared about was money not the customer. I DO not recommend this company what's so ever.

I contacted APH for an AC seasonal service. Nate came out and told me I needed coolant in my outside unit. I asked him several times if he needed to go in the attic and check my actual unit. He said No. Again, I asked hem several times. He said no, he solved the problem. He charged me for a service call and not a servicing call. During one of the heat waves a week later, my house was so hot my kids and I were sick. I contacted Andy over the weekend, and he said he could come out Monday morning.
