I figured I'd call them and after spending 20 minutes on hold, gave up. I called North Jersey Energy the following day and could not have been happier. There service is friendly and professional as well as speedy. The owner even came out on the first delivery to meet me. And if you can find a more pleasant office staff around I'd be impressed.
