“Our family used Bradley, Haeberle & Barth Funeral Home in Union 21 years ago for dad's funeral services. This year, we used them again for our Mom's funeral. She was 98. Erica and the entire staff always hit just the right notes of compassion, empathy and understanding while handling our needs and questions with professionalism. We were constantly surprised with the extras that were offered to make our time of mourning easier. Especially want to comment on the quality of our Tribute Video to Mom - everyone who sees it tells us it's the best Tribute Video they've ever seen, and we agree! It's a memento that will continue to give us comfort whenever we review it through the years.“

“I would like to thank Dan Rica for his compassion, patience, and kindness in helping my family plan my dad's funeral in September. Everything about the funeral and graveside service went as well as possible. Dan let us know that, as a veteran, my dad was entitled to have the Honor Guard at the cemetery, which was something I wasn't familiar with. He told us we needed to find my dad's discharge papers, and allowed me to take a photo and send it to him. “Galante provided a lovely, peaceful funeral for my loved one. Dana was totally professional, competent, respectful and caring throughout, leading us through the difficult process with grace and respect. The only caveat I must mention is that though Dana consulted with her superior in our presence about the costs of the services we requested, and he signed the contract in our presence, we were notified just prior to our first viewing the following day that additional money was required. This placed us in a terrible, indelicate position at a very emotional moment. Who would question additional fees at such a time? Seemed a bit like extortion to me.
All in all, I’d highly recommend Galante (Ask for Dana), but insist they honor their original price and contract.“
