“We have been going there since the office opened. It's easy to make an appointment and walk-ins are a breeze. We took a break for about a year or so, strictly due to our insurance coverage (former insurance billed visits as out-of-network).
Everyone is always professional and friendly. The doctors and nurses have great bedside manners and are attentive to children and parent concerns.
The offices are always clean with ample seating for busy days. You can always opt to sit in your car (there IS parking!) and will be alerted when you are next in the queue when they are busy.
Overall, we have not had a bad experience.“

“Dr. Nagi Eltemsah is a great doctor. Me and my family have been seeing him for years since children I am now 21. He is a great doctor, efficient, professional, and diagnosis the problem perfectly and works with the patients to overcome their situations. Not to mention the new office looks stunning it has been completely renovated and is truly a breath of fresh air. The staff are also top tier, very considerate and helpful. “My three friends and I started taking adult swim lessons with Splash Fit Swim Club at the Children's Aid - Dunlevy Milbank Center this month (January). I love this place! The pool is heated, the showers are hot, and the ladies dressing room is clean and well-lit. The lockers are small, so only bring essentials. Our group has varying skill levels (2 can't swim at all, 2 are refining their skills), but Coach Mohamed has been good at helping each of us and keeping us all engaged. The pool area is well-supervised, with someone to check-in the students and direct them to the lane where their coach is waiting. Parents are allowed to sit in the bleachers to watch their little ones swim. The program has pretty strict rules about missed classes, (a limited number of make-up lessons are permitted) but this makes me a bit more focused and less likely to miss a lesson. Two thumbs up for swim lessons at Children's Aid - Dunlevy Milbank Center!“

“I was very surprised by the negative reviews, as our experiences at this location have consistently been positive. A few years ago, we brought my son in and the staff quickly recognized that he had pneumonia. They were thorough, attentive, and would not allow us to leave until they arranged a transfer to Elmhurst ER, which I truly appreciated. During what was a very stressful and scary situation as a parent, they took the time to explain everything clearly and made my son feel calm, safe, and comfortable.

On another visit with my youngest child, we again received excellent care. The staff was kind, patient, and reassuring, and we never felt rushed. This location is also never busier than expected, and the registration process is always quick and efficient, which makes a big difference when you’re there with a sick child.

Overall, we’ve felt well cared for each time and wouldn’t hesitate to return.“
