I have a One Medical membership through my job, and I admittedly didn't think anything of it because as a healthy young person I so rarely visit the doctor. A year into the pandemic, I find myself with all kinds of physical ailments, most likely due to sitting in one position all day long for months on end. As a result I've sought professional help through One Medical. Booking appointments is incredibly easy via their app and website, and each practitioner has a bio that tells you about their specializations but also about their point of view and hobbies that give you a better sense of them as a multi-dimensional human being.
