I completely understand where the parents are coming from when they mention feeling neglected. I don’t want to be too harsh because the doctors and nurses are wonderful, and I truly like them. I know they’re doing their best, and I understand how demanding it is to work in a busy medical facility with so many patients.
The one area that could really use improvement is communication. Reaching someone by phone was extremely difficult. I was on hold for almost seven hours without anyone answering. Dr. Rosales is the most amazing doctor I’ve ever met. She listens and is so patient with the parents. The staff is very knowledgeable and sweet my daughter and son Zannah and Revan Reyes love her to pieces and the staff. It’s the only doctors office my son doesn’t freak out when we go

I honestly have to say that from the first day they welcomed my daughter with open arms . Loving staff, professional doctors and never denied my daughter an appointment. They saved my daughter life at 6 months old , she is now 2 1/2 yrs old . I truly ❤️ them all.
