I'm interested in root cause analysis that the functional medicine space provides, I was no longer interested in traditional allopathic medicine and covering up symptoms with pharmaceuticals. A co-worker who has the same mindset (root cause analysis), shared with me her doctor whom she spoke very highly of and what I learned through her and her journey made me seek out Dr. Dawn Johnson at Parsley. Dr. J is phenomenal, sincere and I adore her!!! I highly recommend Parsley Health (and Dr. Johnson) if you're seeking an approach to the traditional allopathic health model.“

The pool is heated, the showers are hot, and the ladies dressing room is clean and well-lit. The lockers are small, so only bring essentials. Our group has varying skill levels (2 can't swim at all, 2 are refining their skills), but Coach Mohamed has been good at helping each of us and keeping us all engaged. The pool area is well-supervised, with someone to check-in the students and direct them to the lane where their coach is waiting. Parents are allowed to sit in the bleachers to watch their little ones swim. The program has pretty strict rules about missed classes, (a limited number of make-up lessons are permitted) but this makes me a bit more focused and less likely to miss a lesson. Two thumbs up for swim lessons at Children's Aid - Dunlevy Milbank Center!“

“I can’t recommend this birth class enough! From the moment we arrived, Lisa made us feel completely at home, creating such a comfortable and supportive environment to learn in.
The intensive covered everything we truly needed to prepare for labor, birth, and the first weeks with a newborn. Every topic felt intentional—there was no unnecessary information, just practical, evidence-based guidance backed by the latest research.
One of the most meaningful parts of the experience was watching my husband learn how to support me during labor and postpartum. I now feel so much more confident knowing he has the knowledge and tools to support me when I need him most.
I only regret one thing - being shy and not giving Lisa a hug😢
Thank you, Lisa, for such an empowering and thoughtful class. It was one of the best investments we’ve made in preparing for our baby’s arrival.“
