“Some people remind you that there are some good ones left. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but one of the beautiful woman(they are all attractive btw) greeted me and asked if she could help me. I shared that i bought these dolce and Gabbana Sunglasses in Malta, and I believe my head shrunk. She giggled politely and showed me how I take my sunglasses off of one hand. She disappeared for five minutes and came back, and my sunglasses were perfectly fit on my head. Of course i asked “what’s the charge” and she smiled pleasantly and said “no charge”. I argued for a little then realize like usual women has the last word lol. She was a breath of fresh air in a world that sometimes it’s hard to breathe. I recommend going there for your eye glass needs, the atmosphere just seems right.“

“Been going to Dr. DiGiacomo for several years now and really like him. There is an assistant who does some preliminary eye tests/retinal screening - then into the Dr. for the full exam. The place is small & clean. I've never had to wait long and the Dr. seems very knowledgeable.“

“From walking in the door to leaving it was a positive experience.Front office staff was courteous and highly efficient.Doctors examination was thorough and the doctor took the time necessary to explain some of the test that were being performed and asked if I understood what was being done.As it turned out my prescription changed so little that it was recommended that I just stayed with the glasses I had .I’ll definitely be back next year for my yearly exam.“

I called JC Reiss, and they were able to fit us in within a few days. We got a new prescription, ordered the new lenses, and within a week, the new lenses arrived. They were cut to fit my child's frames, and my child was headache free within a day.“
