Incredible service - helped fix glasses for an out-of-towner just before XMAS and just before closing time too - absolutely the best sort of service and attitude. Can't say enough good things about this experience.

My glasses broke but my lenses were brand new. Went to JC Reiss on a Saturday afternoon in need of a new frame to fit my lenses. Tom was so helpful! He was able to search throughframes he had in the store and founda perfect fit!! I highly recommend thisthem. He is a good optician ?

My mother broke her glasses and was not able to get to JC Reiss store in Morristown. The tech at the store order her new lenses and frames then hand deliver them to my mom at home who dose that anymore !!!!! Thank you!!!!!
