I had a very good experience at Madison Eyes overall. I had a 12:40 appointment and arrived about 10 minutes early, and the check-in process was seamless. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was also very friendly, professional, and thorough. I was very pleased with the actual eye exam.
The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five was my experience when it came time to look at glasses. This is an excellent eye care facility. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, and the entire facility was very clean and well maintained. They have great, up-to-date equipment, and everyone made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I truly felt that I received exceptional care and had a wonderful overall experience.
