I trust his care, and I appreciate that it’s about more than just popping and cracking—he takes a thoughtful, whole-body approach to helping me feel better and move more comfortably.

“My best friend and I go to the Sunday 9am class with Grace every week and we love it. Grace is honestly such a great instructor. Her classes are super welcoming, encouraging, and still challenging in a good way.

I also really like how inclusive the environment feels. Sometimes there are professional yoga teachers taking class too, which is honestly really inspiring, but Grace still makes sure everyone feels comfortable no matter their experience level.

She walks around a lot during class giving individual compliments, adjustments, and suggestions, which makes the class feel really personal and supportive. I also appreciate that there’s zero pressure, if the room gets too hot, you’re allowed to lay down and listen to your body.

Also shoutout to the lady at the front desk (I forgot her name 😭) because she’s SO nice and welcoming. Such a social butterfly and always makes the studio feel friendly the second you walk in.

Bathrooms are always clean, the vibe is great, and everyone there is cool. Definitely recommend.”
