Get ready to sweat (I accidentally had written the word "swear" and was going to remove it but realized that's probably a reality too!) shake and burn- don't go if you're tired / dehydrated/ hung over / hungry etc - you really need to be in top shape to try this workout Especially If it's your first time GO EARLY! The owner did a nice job of showing me the machine and explaining aaaalllllll the parts pieces and accessories... I teach on a traditional reformer and this was an ENTIRELY different ball game !! A great muscle building workout! I took four classes while I was in town, all with different instructors. Amy was, BY FAR, the best. She was super nice and very authentic (the rest were nice but it felt forced). Overall, every instructor was super knowledgeable and helpful. It's a tough workout but fun! Definitely not worth $36/class but if you get the first-time price, it's more worth it. One other downside is that they don't have showers
