Universal Windows Direct of New Jersey
“Excellent experience with Universal Windows Direct! We had a ProVia double entry door installed and are very pleased with the entire process.
Doug was courteous, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the process, with no pressure. Mindy, the office staff was also excellent and kept us informed every step of the way.
Eric and Dan did an excellent job with the installation. They were professional, detail-oriented, and took great care to protect our home by covering the floors and sealing the work area with plastic sheeting to contain dust and debris.
The new ProVia door looks fantastic, and the quality and craftsmanship were well worth the investment compared with big-box store options. I would definitely recommend Universal Windows Direct. Excellent service from start to finish! I definitely use them from this point forward for all of my door and window needs.”
