I was very happy with the initial consultation with Caroline and Rob. They really know their products and can do an excellent job explaining every facet of window installation. They brought smaller samples of windows and I can’t wait to have my new windows. A pleasure doing business with them. Definitely buying Victory products in the future if I have a need for more. Victory knocked on my door and I took an estimate. We loved the window and the quality of the product. The sales rep John was very thorough and educated me on everything. All of my damages were fixed and the cleanup was great. We are very impressed with the work done and would definitely recommend victory to anyone.
Victory was great through the entire process. From Mason coming by to walk us through the sales process and helping us get what we wanted, to John helping us with the pre-inspection and even with our change order, to Anthony coming after the install to walk us through use, maintenance, and helping us identify any issues. Everything went smoothly, the workers who installed the windows were quick and courteous to our house and did an excellent job.
Next time were looking to replace more windows we'll definitely go with Victory.
