I purchased my custom front door from Windows Direct in October 2023. The process was absolutely seamless, both Doug & Mindy were an absolute delight from beginning to end. The installers were professional, fast, and experienced. From removing my previous door to installing the new one, the entire process was easy. We made the best decision purchasing from Windows Direct- not only did we get the best price in the tristate area but the level of professionalism and experience is unmatched. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone in search of doors or windows. Great company with even better people, highly recommend!!!

I am very impressed with my new windows. The installation went very well, they are neat and clean and did an awesome job. The trim work and attention to detail was outstanding. Highly recommend Rob and his crew. His workmanship is terrific. Mindy in the office is also very helpful with scheduling and answering questions. Would highly recommend this company.

Everything about this experience was perfect! We had two entry doors installed on the same day. The work was outstanding and the premises was left very clean. We have been homeowners for 30 years. Not one job in our home has ever been facilitated as smoothly and as well as this one! The workers are excellent and the owners are amazing people. You will not be sorry if you choose this business to do work in your home. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job. We are SO happy with the work and we absolutely love the doors!
