Dealt with Pella through the entire process. Quality product (our rooms are cooler and quieter); timely, expert installation with no damage to existing walls or trim; thorough cleanup; 5 windows two entry doors installed in one day. Follow up visit following sales confirmed measurements and also caught a few missing items. Could not be more satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

I had 3 basement windows and 2 storm doors replaced. The installation was done within the promised time, at the promised cost, and came out excellent. I like the fact that Pella has had a store nearby for decades. They were very professional and had expertise at what they do. The measurer had some challenges with my house opening. The installers faces some issues with my walls. Yet the installation was excellent. The amount of insulation and care with installation was also superb. The professional who affixed aluminum capping did a beautiful job, and the aluminum was a special, heavier gauge Pella aluminum that I have more faith in holding up against winter storms and high winds.
