Never crowded and a trainer is always on hand to help and encourage. The "gym' is very clean, spacious and pleasant. I am very impressed! Kim, the owner, is warm, friendly, supportive and encouraging. The staff follows her lead! I am always excited and happy to tell friends to come and check it out!!!”
“I can’t say enough good things about this fitness program. I have a lot of health and pain issues so I slacked off exercising. This place has made a huge difference in my health and the instructors there are so caring and supportive. They show me modifications for all the exercises so I don’t injure myself further. Each day works a different body part so it’s never boring. I’m starting to feel better and see a difference already even in the short time I’ve been going. Everyone in the classes are also supportive of you and a great bunch of people. It actually makes working out fun. There is so much flexibility in the times the classes are held so it makes it so easy to go I highly recommend joining this great group. I’m so happy I came upon this opportunity.”
