He puts his heart and soul into his business and his client with whom he treats like family. Everyone is welcome. We met about 8 years ago, and I will FOREVER carry everything he has taught me such as discipline, confidence, mindset, the mind body connection, sacrifice, focus, and most importantly, love. “I was introduced to Fitboro through a friend. At first, I thought it was going to be for only a few classes as I prefer exercising by myself. But Fitboro and Alisha changed that. Alisha is a fantastic coach. To start with she is super fit herself and is a role model. She designs her program keeping in mind the current state of her trainees and gently nudges and pushes them to achieve more. Alisha is also extremely knowledgeable and can help correct problems with technique and structures her program to not only improve overall fitness and strength but also to address any weaknesses. I have found a tremendous improvement in my fitness and strength levels after several months of the Fitboro program. The training is very personal as the class sizes are small. I see myself continuing with the program and would certainly recommend Fitboro and Alisha to other fitness enthusiasts.“

“Coach Kristen has been training me for past few months in preparation for my upcoming Kilimanjaro trek. I cannot praise her enough for how amazing she has been in completely transforming my fitness level in all respects - form, balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance. Kristen really understood the specific needs for improving my fitness and her all round approach has truly made me a new person both physically and mentally.
