“The owners have created a very unique atmosphere, unlike any I've experienced at other gyms. They are truly interested in YOU and what personal goals you want to achieve. The support and encouragement, from both the instructors and other members, gives you the push to achieve those goals and the sense of accomplishment you need to continue. This is not the cookie-cutter type fitness and nutrition plan. I joined The MAX Challenge of Flemington at the "push" of a good friend, thinking that I'd just stick it out for a few weeks. That was almost 4 years ago and I hope to be with them for many more to come! Thank you Ari and Roxanne!“

“I highly recommend Marie Ande as a personal trainer in her own company, Her Fitness. I started my journey with her on March this year, and I am convinced that all the effort she puts towards me is showing excellent results. Before starting my training, she evaluated me and she showed me the better way to address my weaknesses. She coaches me and shows me exercises that are appropriate for my fitness level and she keeps encouraging me to challenge myself without causing any stress on my body. She doesn't just care about exercise and training. She helps you physically and mentally with good tips and weekly challenges, and she creates an amazing exercise group where we respect each other and encourage each other. I am in my late 40s and struggling with hormonal imbalance, but since I started exercising with Marie I see a lot of positive changes in my life. I have more energy, I feel more optimistic and happy, I am eating and sleeping better, and on top of all that I already lost 13 pounds in a healthy way. I encourage all women to meet with Marie and take advantage of all her knowledge regarding women's well being, and as we say "Get Stronger!". You won't regret it.“

“I came to Porter Fitness and Health with a goal to lose 15 lbs and become more lean. After talking with Jake Porter about my goals he gave me a personal workout plan to achieve them. About two and a half months later of consistent exercise on his plan I lost 17 lbs and felt much better overall. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to lose some weight or gain muscle mass. He was also super helpful, kind, and informative throughout the whole experience which was great since I knew very little starting off.“
