There aren’t calming scents or a super quiet, floaty atmosphere. You can hear the music from the SLT class next door, and there’s steady foot traffic. It’s more practical than pampering, which I personally don’t mind.<br><br>I came in with pretty severe shoulder and trap pain that made it hard to turn my neck and was even triggering headaches. Getting through the workday felt impossible. I asked for an hour massage focused entirely on my back.<br><br>She got right to work. It wasn’t painless — she used firm pressure — but it was exactly what I needed. By the end, my back had loosened up significantly and I could actually move my neck again.<br><br>No frills, just effective treatment at a fair price. That’s what I was looking for.”

I use Elyse for Therapeutic Massage, and she is EXCEPTIONAL (and believe me, I’ve had a lot of massages in my day because of my bad back.) Highly suggest you try her. But if she’s all booked up, we have never had a bad experience with any of their options.”

The therapy greatly improved my overall body mobility especially with flexibility and helped ease the pain. My therapist, Victor, was very professional and knowledgeable with exceptional skills and thorough with his assessment. He explains clearly the situation as well as the plan to address the problem. This good communication he provided in every step of the way was truly helpful in making sure that I'm comfortable and be able to tolerate even the more difficult maneuvers. The place was calming and clean. Privacy is maintained at all times. Their team was very nice and Vicky was very accommodating to my schedule. “My best friend and I go to the Sunday 9am class with Grace every week and we love it. Grace is honestly such a great instructor. Her classes are super welcoming, encouraging, and still challenging in a good way.<br><br>I also really like how inclusive the environment feels. Sometimes there are professional yoga teachers taking class too, which is honestly really inspiring, but Grace still makes sure everyone feels comfortable no matter their experience level.<br><br>She walks around a lot during class giving individual compliments, adjustments, and suggestions, which makes the class feel really personal and supportive. I also appreciate that there’s zero pressure, if the room gets too hot, you’re allowed to lay down and listen to your body.<br><br>Also shoutout to the lady at the front desk (I forgot her name 😭) because she’s SO nice and welcoming. Such a social butterfly and always makes the studio feel friendly the second you walk in.<br><br>Bathrooms are always clean, the vibe is great, and everyone there is cool. Definitely recommend.”
