I have been going to Josie for years and absolutely LOVE her. She is a highly trained therapist who knows my body well and where the tight spots are. She is also very personable and is passionate about her work. She works on the NY Giants if that gives you any idea how amazing she is. Once you meet with her once, you will be a fan forever.

Josie is amazing! She listened to my complaints thoroughly and then worked on the areas where I needed help. I can’t believe how good I felt after just one visit though two did the job! Thank you Josie, for helping me feel good again. I would highly recommend Josie!

Fantastic deep tissue massage! Josie asked what areas needed work and really focused on those areas. She checked in on how much pressure several times. Very attentive to your needs. I was completely relaxed afterward. Highly recommend!
