Years ago, I was experiencing back pain and scheduled an appointment with Dr. DeLia. His pre-treatment examination was thorough and he gave me a complete understanding of what was causing the pain. Along with the treatments at his office, he also gave me exercises to do at home and made me customized orthotics since my feet were also a reason for the pain. After going to two physical therapists in the area and not getting much relief, I contacted Verona Spine and Wellness. From the moment I spoke to Dr. Jay I felt confident in his ability to provide the best care for me.I have been receiving amazing care from Dr Jay and Dr Mark. They are both motivated and caring professionals. They go above and beyond explaining the treatments and make me feel comfortable.In a short period of time I have experienced help with my back pain.I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a chiropractor or physical therapist.They are the best in the area!

Updated: I tried the Ultraslim 6 week weight loss program. The short story is, with commitment and a drive to loose the weight, I lost 20 lbs! If you want real results, you have to do the nutritional program alongside the ultraslim machine. Together is where the magic happens. Now for the long story - I have tried every diet, been on every fad, and I have yo-yo’d my whole life.
